Inner Mongolia Huzhun Railway Co., Ltd. was established on February 26, 2003 and currently the company’s registered capital is 2,074.6 million Yuan. Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. holds 76.9917% of the company’s stock equity. Inner Mongolia Mengtai Buliangou Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Datang Power Fuel Co., Ltd., and Hohhot Railway Bureau respectively hold 16.672%, 5.0348% and 1.3015% of the company’s stock equity. The company’s main business is railway cargo transportation and the company has transported 27.26 million tons of coals in 2017. 　　

Yitai Huzhun Railway has 124.18 km in service and has put 55.47 km double line in trial operation, extending from Zhoujiawan Railway Station of Jungar Banner to Hohhot in the north and connecting to the Jingbao Railway. It is an important channel for the company to transport coal products to the East China and North China markets. The double lines of Huzhun Railway Togtoh-Zhoujiawan Section and Jialanying-Togtoh Section have been put into trail operation respectively on August 8 and December 9, 2014. Thus the whole line from Jungar to Jialanying has the transportation capacity of 10,000 tons.
